How fast will my Grand Gild heirloom toys arrive? We offer three secure shipping speeds across the United States to ensure your artisan packages arrive safely at your doorstep:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Perfect for last-minute birthday surprises or holiday gifts!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Because our toys are carefully inspected and beautifully packed by hand, orders are generally processed and prepared for departure within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our workshop.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses across the USA.

ARTISAN QUALITY & CARE

Why does my toy look slightly different from the website photo? That is the beautiful hallmark of true artisan work! Because we use natural materials like premium organic wood and hand-dyed yarns, each toy features its own unique grain patterns, knots, and subtle color shifts. Your Grand Gild piece is one-of-a-kind, made exclusively for your child.

How do I clean and care for handcrafted wooden toys? Natural wood has natural antibacterial properties. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and a drop of mild, eco-friendly soap. Never submerge wooden toys in water or place them in a dishwasher. Allow them to air dry naturally.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We want you and your child to absolutely cherish your Grand Gild pieces. If a product isn't the perfect match for your home, we accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if a toy arrives damaged? We pack our artisan treasures with extreme care, but transit can occasionally be rough. If an item arrives defective or damaged, please email us at info@grandgild.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately at zero extra cost to you.
